I live on Long Island, NY, which somehow has the same weather code as Virginia, but when it snows, IT SNOWS. I built my PC, so I opted out of XP because I heard that it wouldn't run very well. Windows 2000 works OK for me, for now.

Rejected... Reason: Moderated in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I don't mind getting those inevitable emails back saying that my artwork was rejected; I understand that. But, though it would be some work for the moderators, I would like it more if they would state a more specific reason it was moderated (e.g., Not sharp enough, etc.) I realize that sometimes a skin just stinks, or that it just isn't appealing. But I need to know if I should pursue it further, or give it up.
