I think some people mentioned that the aliens can't be too similar to how they're presented in SC1/2, because of the copyrights? Is that correct? (If it's not, I apologize for repeating misinformation. There seems to be enough of that going around already...) If that's the case though, it would really depend on the extend to which they will have to be different.
