Is there a way to change the types of units that are present when you attack cities? If I understand correctly, it's done through improvements, but can it be made faction specific? Currently each race has their own set of defenders which are pretty much identical. What if I wanted to change the city defenders for just that faction?

I'd agree that warrior is the stronger. Especially at the higher levels. Warrior has - Sweep and Blade Rush, powerful AOE abilities - Revenge and reap, which can add up in combat - Several attack bonuses like better counterattacks and a buff to attack power - Bonuses against special units like enemy dragons Against this, assassin has - Attacks like Gambler's Strike and the attack that never misses</p
It seems that bugs occur after your characters reach past level 40+. I've had a number of CTDs after 40+ and that's the only explanation I can think of.
Already did. There's nothing left but the troll dens, a shard, and a gold mine. Edit: I've circled it many, many times, or else I would not have posted here and checked every last tile. I've even built a road network within the realm. It's bugged.
Usually once you kill the big bad boss, doesn't the land turn inhabitable? It did not for Morian - I killed him and got his heart (and the city buffs + the sword), but his jungle realm remained. I also explored the entire realm - nothing remained that was hostile to me.
Yeah specific builds I suppose are OP I suppose. I wonder if we could make an OP sovereign for 1 of the 4 other classes. Hmm.
A second champion.
I just created a level 50. Yeah it looks like whatever the cap is, it is really high. I suppose we could modify the game with something like Unit AdjustUnitSta
You can change the name of the spells if you want to give more summoning spells to give each AI a different champion, just change the: then mod the AbilityBonusOption &n
Finally in the sovereign itself, add: SummonHeroXName This will give the sovereign in question the spell needed and +1 Dodge. To summon a different champion, change the line Champion_Waerloga to whatever champion To change the summoning level, ch
Just below , and above (type in between - open a new line) Summon Waerloga Summons Waerloga to you, complete with mount! S_CalltoArms_Painting.png
Ok I have a fix. First, open up the sovereign in question: C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\My Games\LegendaryHeroes\Units (or whatever your user is) The second line or so should be: Then above that line, type: <Abili
Can the -5 hp be reversed by potion?
There does seem to be one issue with the spell indicated above - the enemy can get it too.
I think this is still happening with the latest version?
Is there an upper limit to how high a level your champions and sovereigns can get? Realistically, I know from experience that the highest level that you can get is perhaps into the level 30s if you play until the turn limit and constantly are fighting with a given unit. Someone said 35 in beta, but it looks like you can get as high as 50?
Usually I find later in the game, plate wearing classes tend to be outfitted in full champion's plate gear, equipment wise, and whatever good weapons have been salvaged/looted from quests/dragons/other beasts.
How are defenders doing right now actually relative to warrior? I've been using those 2 classes very heavily and always making my sovereign a mage.
Right now I'm finding myself going heavy defender. Mostly for the support abilities.
[quote who="bignick277" reply="4" id="3371836"] So you veterans can claim all you like, that you like the harder AI. I disagree because the new AI is alienating new players. And I'm talking as someone actually trying to teach these guys how to play. I haven't been killed yet, but then again, I'm a veteran. I know this game inside and out like many of you. These guys don't. We have harder difficulty levels to scratch our itch for c
Especially when considering assassin vs warrior - both are offensive types for melee (although assassin also works as archer) - which one is everyone choosing? Why? And for a melee type character, which one do you think works best? I like how defender can support an army, but at the same time, I'm not sure if it's a better choice than the dps oriented warrior and assassin.
It looks like yeah, the loyalty should have been changed so that having it would give some immunity to flipping.
Currently the Ereog's Tower and Hosten's Library overlap with other buildings when they are built. Please see below:
Realistically at this point, I think you've done all you can given the limitations. What we really need is a code re-write of several portions of the AI. That some of the AI's have to be fixed altogether.
I've been busy so I haven't had too much time to play. Anyways, it looks like the AI still isn't building the amount of morale improvements needed. I think that the bonus tiles - no matter what we do are not going to be improved at this point. We would need to go in and modify the AI itself for anything to happen. Perhaps the best solution for the morale is to make the morale structures more potent altogether. Another solution is to pu
