Icon Packager.... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Ive had icon packager for a while now but never really used it untill now. When i change the icons using icon packager the icon for a normal folder doesnt change any ideas why ?? Also is there a way to change the icons on the apps on ur computer with icon packager ?? Thanks for all info.
