Boopish Im not sure I understand your question. The official announcement and rules of the contest will be posted late today or tomorrow. But one of the rules is that all work submited must be 100% original new work of the artist. No ports or modification of previous work. The contest (so far) is only for WindowBlind skins.

After many emails inquiring about the next skinning contest, I'm in the process of putting together another community skinning contest. We need to keep in mind that commercial authors/artist not only protect the rights of their clients but also the rights to their work. The fact that a company hires/licenses an author to create a skin doesn’t mean that such author should stand by and witness the illegal distribution of a contracted work.
