Well that's what I thought but the mouseover and flat taskbar are new windowblinds features, I saw this 2 times, the first one, I don't remember and the second is still on deviantart. If it's a new feature I really don't know what it is, found nothing about it. But maybe it's a mistake, a mix between WB and DX features.

well, that's what I saw about windowblinds 2.2 : "WindowBlinds 2.2 allows you to customize your desktop completely by changing the style of title bars, buttons, and toolbars. Now, load faster and there is mouse-over support for containers and taskbars. You can now make the taskbar flat. It has increased compatibility." I' like to know what "containers" are ... Thanks.

I would just add an important point which is the border size, I don't think a skin is really functional with 100 pixels borders because of too much features used (some of mine are a bit too big without lol), moreover when creating a skin you have to take care that windows will be resized, so you have some litmits in the available space for buttons too !
