Wtf, its like 30 seconds to a minute waiting at times, and when changing themes its well over a minute It takes alot longer than 1/2 sec. to a couple seconds

Lagtastic, but still, it has a much more varied design than StyleXP... It really eats up the system, I use a P3 1.0 Ghz, 386 MB RAM-- 128 SD RAM & 256 PC133 RAM, 32 MB ATi RAGE 128 VR 2x AGP... Thats all for the video stuff, and it lags a bit when I open stuff, like in the StartBar, I'm not complaining, WindowBlinds is great!
