im running W7 64-bit and vista-ize me is off gpu is HD4870 that just got updated to the l8est driver

im using WB7 and iv tried several themes and they all get a gray window surrounding the real window and when i mouse over the minimize/maximize/exit a gray box appear around it as well, note that the box is "behind" the window\button
