I'm really confident that Steam is not the cause. I've just tried to launch the game again and, strangely, it activated without any problems. Looks like there were some issues with Stardock servers or may be with my internet connection or somthing else. Anyway, my problem is solved, thanks for replies.

Hello. Can anyone reset an activations count for me please? I've just bought "Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion" and every time I try to launch and activate it a subjected message appears. I've registered a Support Service Ticket but since they're on the vacation it'll be a very long waiting for the response. P.S.: Support Center Ticket ID: HMN-171-83833
