Reply to SUPPORT: Can't logon to Demigod in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

I can't log into Demigod. It says my username and password are incorrect but I know they aren't. It's been almost 20 hours now. I was playing a multiplayer game and it crashed to desktop with no error's popping up. I've tried reinstalling impulse, demigod, using older .dll files from older versions, deleting the preferences file. Nothing works. Any ideas? Thanks
