Yikes. Peggy2- I thought Neil's response was likely accurate and polite. When he said "Hardware specific", the first thing that came to my mind was video drivers or a local configuration issue. What came to yours? Beta testing doesn't mean just giving them information when you have problems. It means that if they suggest "Hardware issues" on your side, ask what you can do to help like upgrading drivers or turning off certain processes. I too have worked o
