The file is 'user' under "C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting". I can't seem to get it to work. I'm on a eeepc 1000he, version 1.17 of SOASE. Scratch that. I had to edit my user setting to match 1024x600. Works great now. Thanks!
