Yes, that's the final mission ... for now. You can currently fly around and continue to explore, explore planets you didn't before, etc. The other alien races have some comments on what you accomplished, so you might want to visit them again. As for future missions, see this thread: https://forums.starcontrol.com/491316/page/1/ There are already a couple of Stardock supplied mods available that add

I got a freeze during a single player fleet battles session, had to kill the game with task manager, and found this in the RunLog.txt: Game Loop Mode: Entering MELEE Nitrous Error: Swap Chain Present Failure: (887a0005) The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action. Device Removed Reason: Device Hung: (887a0006) The GPU will not respond to more commands, most likely because of an invalid command passed by the
The crashed ships you find on planets and repair are crewed with humans so they should be topped up by visiting Star Control, just like the Vindicator. The Norast ship cannot be refilled as of the 1.01 patch, but I have seen comments that something will be done about that in a future patch. There are traders that will buy the biomass, you just have to find them. One of the races you can ally with will also buy it.
I posted this on Discord yesterday, then realized I probably should have put it here: <div class="messageCozy-2JPAPA message-1PNnaP" style="border: 0px; font-family: Whitney, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.2em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; outline: 0px; color: #ffffff; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text
I just played through the mission again on this morning's update. As reported by others, at some points (and I didn't find a pattern to it) the lander's cargo display goes missing. When it happens, sometimes I saw a horizontal bar with no surrounding graphics, but mostly it was completely missing. Going back to the ship and landing again fixed it every time I tried it. This time I upgraded the lander with the jump engines first, it made life much easier exploring the
After obtaining the lander laser I went to Mars. When I find a hyperdrive, the dialog box pops up where the executive officer tells me about the module and tells me that's it's being taken aboard the lander. When I left mouse click on the X in the upper right corner of the dialog box to close it, the laser fires. Did the same thing on the other hyperdrive to make sure that I had actually clicked on the X, and the same thing happened. BTW, I agree with the previous co
The adventure is what I'm mainly interested in, and I have lots of time available in August, so I'd be interested in signing up for the adventure beta also.

I found out I could skip through the conversations more quickly, but since I suck at these battles and have to play them over to win, an auto-save just before the battle would be a big help.
I'm assuming that Artemis / Elpis is the theorized planet X that Mike Brown and others at CalTech theorize exists due to an approximately 10 Earth mass ice giant that would make up for the strange perturbations seen in various Kuiper Belt objects like Haumea, Makemake, etc.
Very minor nitpick. It's Caltech, not CalTech. As an alumni and someone who has actually met Mike Brown, I should know.
You'd think it would show up in the forum posts themselves.
I don't remember when I saw GalCiv3 founder badge last time here on SCO forum either.
Do GC3 founder badges even show up here? Edit: No, they don't, or else I'd have one.
