GalCiv2 ForumsI just purchased Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition and for the life of me I can't figure out how to enable the cheats. The internet pages I've seen regarding the subject and it says you have to alter the shortcut file but I can't seem to find the correct file to alter. I don't know if it's because I have Windows Vista or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
