You are not alone,I to is having the same problem. Though I am not sure what causing it, I'm sure someone in here more knowledgeable can shed some light on this. I also notice alot more repainting issues with this driver and there is a slight tearing when I move my windows around.

Are you guys able to use the shadow effect on WB 5? Cause I sure can't. Other than that everything looks good.

Yeah I'm aware that you can make the entire window transparent, but what I was wondering is if it is possible to have partial part of the window transparent ie. border. I'm pretty sure you guys have seen the AveIconBook skin http://skins.wincustomize.com/Diafragma/screenshots/Transparent.jpg
With many new skinning apps. out there I notice that their are some that are capable of having transparency ie. AveIconBook.
