Elemental ForumsI just ran into the same bug in 0.86. Started building a shrine. Decided I wanted to use Corruption to change it to a death shard. Shard converted, but I can't build on it now. It just tells me to learn shard harvesting. Ditto for trying to convert one in a conquered province that was already built on.
