Reply to Sins of a Solar Empire Technical FAQ in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

Could someone help me it says on the readme that mods should be found at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods this file path does not exist i have checked the game folder and i cannot find the mod folder so i cannot install mods so could someone offer assistance. thanks
