GCII Ultimate Edition Serial Number in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I just purchsaed my GCII Ultimate Edition. But I can't find the serial number anywhere! Not on the case or the manual. Already contacted the support@stardock. Is this problem common? OR did I just miss looking somewhere?
