you better read this, cause i just figured it out and made this account to answer the problem: -after you've "Loaded" the file into logonStudio, open up its folder your local hard drive (usually called C) under WinCustomize, i think -if you see a folder containing the Logon file, -open up Logon studio and load the file that you just looked at, not the place you saved it in My Documents or elsewhere the problem is logonStudio makes a folder to hold the file in,
