Yeah, I'm also having this problem but I think I may have found a "kind of" solution. I just change wallpaper with the mycolors program. You don't need to have a theme installed, you can just click the wallpaper tab and choose the one you want. This has been working for me but yeah that problem is very annoying.

Hey Everyone, I am new to objectdock and I ran into a problem when trying to convert my rocketdock skins to objectdock skins. I have the .ini files right but there are some ugly lines that show up. Well, I do not know for sure about most of the programs but I am also using the RC and I am using desktopX and cursor FX so they work for sure...
you could try system restore if you have a restore point in which IE was working. If you are using IE 7 you can try to run the program without loading any add-ons to see if one of them is causing the problems. To do this, click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). (You can also load IE without add-ons by clicking START --> RUN and then typing iexplore.exe

The sad part about all of us drooling over the i7.........Intel and AMD buy out all of the smaller companies that make processors so they effectively have a monopoly. The truth is, these companies have the capability of making processors much much better than the i7, but they introduce a little more power at a time just to make more money. Hey everybody, Today I spend a bunch of time downloading almost every web browser I could find and trying each one out. I just wanted to hear some opinions from other people. Here's what I found. Internet Explorer : Pretty average browser. Not as fast as some browsers but still not very slow. It has a variety of options but they are limited. Simple and user friendly. Lite
If it helps you at all my laptop (which is less than a year old) started running really slow and crashing and I took it apart and cleaned everything and now it runs really great. The fan and heatsink can definitely be an issue for slowing a laptop down. I think its dumb that Firewalls that "attack back" are illegal. When someone sends me a worm, not only do I want to stop it from getting to my system, I want to send it back. Ps. There are firewalls out there that do that........Its just not quite a good idea to use it unless you are using peerguardian as well as a ton of other things to protect yourself.
