Reply to Havent recieved download link in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I would first check to make sure you have the right email account registered with stardock. Then check your junk mail as sometimes stardock emails go there. If it isn't in those places, click on settings above your username on the wincustomize homepage and then click registrations and see if there's a link there. Also, do you have impulse installed and have you checked that? If all else fails, email support.

This may be a dumb question, but have you tried simply throwing the widget in your startup folder? (if its not already there....) Also disabling and re-enabling the startup entry might work..........its worth a try....

System Tray Icon Size in Vista Support WinCustomize Forums

Hey everyone, So I was wondering if its possible to change the size of the icons in the system tray preferably without it effecting anything else. I am using windowblinds and the icons seem too big for the taskbar. I'm running windows vista and I can't seem to find an answer to this one. Thanks! G3

I have no experience with the system tray feature as I am using a 64 bit system. I can almost assure you that there is a way to change the system tray icons whether its simply right clicking on them and choosing a different image or replacing the images in the directory. I'm not sure about filtering out certain items, but once again, it seems like that should be an option a lot of people would want so I bet there's a way to do it.

I often use windowblinds to change transparencies and colors of the mycolors themes. It works great, once you load every mycolors theme, it becomes available in windowblinds and you can load it there [e digicons]B)[/e]

Okay, I guess i'm not quite sure how to register Object desktop through impulse.......I can see all of the individual programs that came with Object destop, but not any beta programs or anything. I can only see a way to register one program of object desktop, how do you register object desktop and not just one program?

well I was brave and went into my registry and deleted some values for the drive and then uninstalled it and when I rebooted it reinstalled itself no problem [e digicons]:grin:[/e] *Whew* I'm just hoping that doesn't happen again because I have no idea what caused it.

My CD / DVD Drive Disappeared!!!! in Laptops WinCustomize Forums

So this morning I turned on my computer to find out that I no longer had a CD/DVD drive. It isn't listed under my computer and theres nothing I can do to fix it. I tried to update the drivers but my computer says I have the latest driver installed. I tried putting a CD and a DVD in the drive but it didn't do anything even though it still made the noise like it was reading it. I tried rebooting and using system restore. I also tried manually downloading new drivers. I have no idea what to do and
