Computer to play this game in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Hi everyone! I am looking for a good gaming computer. Not just for this game but for others as well. Does anyone know anything good for under 630 dollars? Preferably dual core please? I am just kinda looking for something thats pretty good but inexpensive as my wallet is kinda small lol. Thaknyou! Im also not a PC genius so i kinda need help on this.
