Since the user-pic is what everyone sees at boot/login (if you use a password or have more than one user) I think it is an item that truely should be incorporated into the theme when possible... I go so far as to make icons for my user-pic, drives, trash and even expolorer.exe so they kinda' match the theme. Don't ask me about my LCARS phase :P
I just wish you could save your own settings for a skin as one of the "styles" for that skin. Tweaking the transparency and coloration each time you switch back to a favorite theme is cumbersome and time consuming. And I thought they made sheep that crapped money in Korea... guess you'll have to compromise.

I finally got fed up with Vista and am now on W7 (64bit).. installed Impulse, and was able to intall DesktopX and some others fine.
