Reply to One per player is not (one per player) in Galactic Civilizations III GalCiv3 Forums

It's bugged. I submitted an issue but they don't seem to have understood it. I destroyed a +capacity resource thinking I had two, could no longer build my designs with just 1. :) Having them limited to one per player doesn't really make sense though unless something is added so you can see how many you have. (Except on the trade screen)

Pretty common. I think it's always been this way. I seem to have managed to miss a war declaration from the Drengin in my current game. But it's the drengin so it wasn't unexpected..

AI appears to still be omniscient in optin 2 and quickly picks up the good spots covering multiple resources. Then seems to give up and ignore the rest.
