Game Crashes Before Starting in Technical Sins Forums

Hello. Hopefully you guys can give me a hand here. When I start the game, I get a black screen, then I get a windows error sound. I check the error code and it is 0xc0000005. I have no idea what this code is, or how to fix it. I am running Windows XP, and have 512MB of RAM, ATI Radeon Xpress 200 video card with 128MB. I have 2 error logs if anyone can make some sense out of them. One is from v1.0, and the other, v1.05. Thanks in advance.
