Im afraid to because when i instaled Lite Step, it messed up my computer. I instaled Next Start and it worked fine. Dose any one have any suggestions?

When I try to run Skin studio, it freezes! even after i restart my computer! i tried it on another, and it did the same thing. Im using Win ME with a 40 gig hd. Also when i load th XP skin in window blinds, it does nothing to the task bar, how come?
