Just played Cataract with high towers as my usual support QoT. Shielding your teammates who then go into tower range very early in the match to literally waste all your mana is so frustrating, even after you ask them not to for multiple times. Then one of them died in a 3vs2 and blamed me for not being his personal shield generator. All while my Shamblers died seconds after creating them because they're so weak and also because of the f

Agree. But isn't cast time already 2 seconds? Special skills should be useful, it's what you get at level 15 after pumping 3-4 skill points into a single skill. But imho they should not be as strong as Acclimation from UB.

If there was an ingame overlay (hint hint) which would show the users how good their computer and internet connection can handle a match, then it would be the users' fault for ignoring this information and making the match lag. Imho it was a big design fault at GPG to not describe the real game requirements so that everyone understands them: minimal XX kb/sec Download and XX</stro
That aside, there is of course a difference in 3vs3 gameplay in comparison to 1vs1 gameplay. Nevertheless 1vs1 is very relevant.

This is not a 1v1 game. 1v1s in the irrelevent ESL means nothing.
ZehDon was claiming that Oak can easily beat a Minion Erebus in 1vs1. I was just saying that his claim is not true from my experience and asked him to show me. 1vs1 is very relevant if you're playing 3vs3 and end up as 1vs1 on one lane and 2vs2 on the other lane. Which happens about every time you pla

ZehDon, I see now that arguments won't solve this. If you do not believe someone who has played in the 1vs1 ESL for months and has about 3 times as many games under his belt as you have, the only solutions is that you experience it yourself: Please play a 1vs1 against Yzerman25 (this is not your usual amateur Minion Erebus), then post the replay here. Thanks.
Minion LE is fairly easy to counter,
Zechnophobe, your tips might be okay , but only against a amateur Minion Erebus. I know what I'm talking about as I've seen that every top player in the ESL 1vs1 ladder (no favs -> no Horn!) started to lose against Minion Erebus when not taking Minion Erebus themselves. This ladder died the moment Minion Erebus became popular because only such players won anym

I think what you are actually asking for is a counter to Minion Erebus as no other minions are nearly as strong as his and can be replaced as fast and are absolutely cost-free. Sadly there is no counter for Minion Erebus yet. A good Minion Erebus will always kill you first in a 1vs1 battle or be able to escape in a 1vs2 situation, quickly regaining his full army. Although Q
Already tried it; it keeps me alive early and mid lvls, but late lvls i am screwed.
Well, that's QoT. Mulch is your primary advantage and because it's only skillable at level 5, level 10 and level 15 that means you are strong at 5,6; weak at 7, 8, 9; strong at 10,11; weak at 12,13,14; strong at 15,16; and weak forever after. That's my personal observation after ~300 games with QoT. I for one will not play QoT anymore until she's fixed and buffed because I've pla
Train me!!!!
This is my usual build . It's also quite good for supporting low-health damage-dealers like TB and Regulus. I can also give you a replay when I play with QoT again (I don't think the old replays work after the patch, but if they do then take a look at this replay ).
Playing QoT and realising how okayish she can be for me lol.
That's because you played the only viable build (closed mode, Shield, Shamblers, Mulch). But you hated Ooze on Shamblers, right? :) You were quite good for your first time and of course I know how frustrating it is to support your teammates as much as possible and still they die.
To do this, I asked the WindowBlinds team to find a way to inject what would become the overlay into the game and then skin it so that it visually was compatible with Demigod. It’s not actually part of Demigod but looks like it. Then, I asked my lead engine developer on Elemental to work with the Impulse team to get data about each player and display it inside Demigod as if it were part of the game natively.
Big Thanks to

CelMare, are you really telling us to try to kill both priests twice during a fight instead of attacking the enemy Demigods? And that it pays off because Sedna can't attack you while summoning them? Killing them before the fight is wise, of course, but I do not think anybody thinks otherwise. I've played health-stacking Rook (6900 health at lvl15; equip cost 70

SocialistRyan may be an immature player (as he has clearly shown here on the forums) but that's no reason to get banned. Also his stats (aside the high disconnect ratio, but Apika had only 5 disconnects) do not really indicate a desync exploiter, ihmo. If Stardock has clear data which incriminates him then ban him, if not: Please do not ban innocent players.

Winning a psychological battle: I usually play QoT as "tank" and can soak up a lot of damage with constant Shielding and Mulching. This costs a lot of mana and often the enemy has me almost down, but then I use Mulch to heal myself and instead of waiting for the next Mulch (which would be more economical) I also cast the mana-expensive Shield again, as to show " I've got endless mana, can't touch me ". The enemy, not seeing that
Mulch is one of the hardest ability in the game to master IMHO
I intensively use it for its area damage and farming at distant lanes. You need to do a lot of micromanagement and need to have proper anger management though. Stupid Shamblers, not going where you send them or walking into tower range!
