Got that reply figures it was my fault I was using the serial number provided for the Steam activation and not the CD product key. I suppose in the end it could have read product key rather than reading serial number but I think that is just me trying to shift some of the blame... [e digicons][/e]

I recently purchased Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition which must be activated using Steam. I have done that but when launching the game it requires me to register with Stardock which is strange to begin with since it is part of "my downloads" on my Stardock account with the serial number.....however every time I input the number it claims it is invalid. I have emailed support but have received no response other than the first "we received your ticket we'll get back
For everyone in worry or doubt, I finally got this resolved and it took less than a day, all it took was contacting and providing the problem, serial key, and pictures of the key, reciept, and box+disc. Anyone who is in doubt, keep patient and you will be rewarded as I was, thank you very much Stardock for having speedy and helpful service!
Same thing here less than 24 hours and everything was taken care
Product registration failed "the email address or serial number you have entered is not valid". (Ref :204) This is also the error I keep getting, oh well guess I'll be waiting on the response from support as well.
