I fixed the problem, it was a map I myself had made in Galaxy Forge, and I forgot to add ownership of homeworlds. Oops! Thanks for your help!

I also have this issue, and when I put them into the folder you listed harpo, I get a Defeat/Victory notice on launching the map. I have Entrenchment v1.03
