Not much considering I can flashclone the fallen. I guess technichally im a necromancer then but I have no issue with arming him. But considering my forces are in control of his antimatter production facilities orbiting the sun, he probably cannot manufacture anything much more complicated than a standard hypersonic railgun round so if he decided to turn on us we could easily destroy him and his forces.
