Sweet, it worked but all it did is make it white. What they should do is make it possible to make it your own colour to suit your skin.

Hey. I'm like new to all this Windows Blinds and I an't fully getting it. If you use Style XP, you can can the bar on the left hand side (in a Explorer File Window) instead of it being that ugly blue colour. The one where it says "Other Places" and "Details" and "File and Folder Tasks". Why wont Window Blinds Change this because it looks ugly with the skins i download. Or is it that the skins I am downloading arn't supporting that "feature" If you can answer this, please e-mail me: blues_boy15@h

Ok, yah! I ahve found the file I am looking for BUT there is one small problem. Again it is a .EX_ and you sa "Expand" but how do I do that? Oh, and it looks like my Boot.ini file is stuffed aswell (gone), where would I find that? (And where does it go: lik window/system 32? or what???). Thanks for all your help, but still really need these questions answered. James

Umm, i uplaoded it but it came out a ".EX_" file. and wot open in Resourse Hacket to see if it is the right file (and the orginal .exe file does).

Hey. Again, this doesn't really apply to Customizing XP but I can't seem to find any WAV to MP3 converter that works on XP (pro). Can some one tell me one that DOES WORK, instead of using stupid Windows Media Player > that has stupid .wma and dosn't work in WinAmp. Thanks.

umm, it didn't work, i donwloaded Sunday Mac Argent and it had two files in the .ip (which i rename to .zip) and then i renamed those two file to .zip and it said the file was cerupt. PLEASE HELP!

Umm, this isn't really a Customize question, but some help me please. I remember in ME (or 98) that you could change a files extention in the "rename line". E.g: "movie.mpeg" to "movie.avi" and it would do it alright. In XP putting .avi or anything does nothing. Is there any way of changing the file type? I looked in properties. And because I can't change te file tpye, i can't use the .zip Winamp skin's i

yea, look in c:\Windows\explorer.exe (or somthing like that). Use Reourse Hacker and click on "Icons" and find the one you want and click on "Save **Icon..Build 32**"

Hey All and especially to Adni18 - Love your work man! . I am wonderin 2 things. 1) Can you extract the icons from the .exe files that the icons come???
