As a WB10 user (upgraded from 8) I don't see a download link to this beta. Are these only for OD subscribers?

As a current WindowBlinds 10 user (upgraded from WB8), I still can't see the 10.64 beta download in my account. Has the issue been fixed or is it OD subscribers only for this beta?
