Hi, whenever I attempt to update WindowBlinds via Stardock Central, Stardock Central crashes. It crashes both when trying to update from the Object Desktop category and when clicking Update Now from the update available informer. Also, after some seconds, the update shown for WindowBlinds is not the latest 6.0.2 but the previous December 22 2007 update. I still have the previous version. So: first the latest 6.0.2 update is shown under the Object Desktop category on the left of

This problem also occurs with PowerArchiver 2007 whose size increases on every open and which isn't get skinned as well. These problems still occur in the paid version. WLM and PA are not getting skinned despite the option to skin non-theme-aware problems has been chosen.

Hi, [edit: this is solved: the service is called "Sitzungs-Manager für Desktop-Fenstermanager" in German and attempting to start it from the services list works! Also net start uxsms, which is the cmd command, probably would have to be started from a elevated cmd, which I didn't do. Now everything is back to normal again!] I'm using AVerTV 6 from AVerMedia. When launching this application, Vista states "The following program has performed an action that requires Windows to temp

Hi, the window size of Windows Live Mail is getting larger with every close and start of Windows Live Mail. It may be due to WB6, but possibly another Stardock app (I can't remember it occured before I used Stardock). I'm using the Magic Desktop suite. It tries to apply this skin to WLM window as it can shortly be seen, then it vanishes and the standard WLM "skin" is applied. Lars

I have got 1.90i[b].020 installed. It is the first version I installed (because I registered and didn't bother to install the non-latest version). What I did before the problem first occured was changing the command for the Startmenu docklet to Vistas Flip 3D as I wanted to know whether this command miraculously works on my Basic edition. It didn't, so I changed back. That's when I noticed the error. I also had changed the icon. I'm running a Turion 64 and Radeon Xpress 1100.

Hi, my startmenu docklet isn't working properly either: I get the same error message as Firebolt111. The error occurs after the 2nd click on the docklet after a restart of ObjectDock Plus. The first attempt shows the startmenu properly. On the 2nd attempt the error message is shown. Subsequent attempts yield the "unable to find the start menu" error. I'm running Vista Basic 64 German. Has the next build of OD (Plus) arrived already? Best rega

Hi, I have got the same problem: the Magic Clocks hands don't move. The seconds hands used to move in 5 sec. intervals but now they don't move at all. When entering the About dialog once, the clock started to work normally, but now it doesn't work at all. I tried your command, it gave [font="courier new, courier, mono"]Abbildname PID Module ========================= ======== ============================================ Magic Clock.exe 178

Thanks for your answer! :-) Following your advice I went here: http://wiki.wincustomize.com/wiki/ObjectDock. By what I can gather from the tutorials listed there, there are "docklets". Do I need these or does OD work as a taskbar showing open windows? I made out the latter from ODs main page description but still am not sure about the relation to the taskbar. I was asking those questions because I have such a nice Suite installed I don't want to give up (not even the s

Hi, 1. does ObjectDock replace the standard Windows taskbar? 2. Will the Startmenu (button) still be present? 3. Will the Quicklaunch bar still be present? 4. Does ObjectDock work in conjunction with Suites applied via Theme Manager? 5. Will ObjectDock(s taskbar replacement) be skinned by Suites as well? If it has an extra start menu button, will that one be skinned by a Suite? Thanks for your time! With best regards, Lars

Hi, I purchased Icon Packager Enhanced today and downloaded it and attempted to install it. When installing I get an error about a file ATL80.dll which can not be "opened". The error message is truncated. It probably wants to say "The system cannot find the path". According to the error message it wants to install into C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_Microsoft.VC80.ATL_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.42_x-ww_a08a3e21\ATL80.dll An ATL80.dll is available in C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_mic
