I have Vista Home Premium on a Toshiba Laptop 1Gb Ram, Centrino Duo 1.8Mhz (yes i know, by yesteryear standards set on Poweruser.tv... it is not Elite), but that used to be more than enough to work with. Let's see: The multithreaded explorer makes the My Computer and Control Panel kinda slow (yes, it seeks all elements inside of them EVERY TIME). Wireless Networking... When i come from Hibernation it takes the computer a considerable amount of time to just show the connection
