Uh, yeah. You should read the patch notes.

I too have noticed this bug, but its not exclusive to the beta, its there in 1.05 and I'm pretty sure its been there from the beginning.
I have experienced this as well. Only happens for me when I start the developer exe in fullscreen though.
That's not a bug. Quote from changelog:
-Jump Field Generator artifact now also allows travel through wormholes.
The map Ancient Gifts gives you a Jump Field Generator on your home planet.
That is the proper directory, and those are the proper files, but I think you may be using old versions of the files. I suggest grabbing the new files from Forge Tools download, assuming you have 1.05 installed, and edit them to your liking. If your trying to use even those files with 1.09 (1.1 beta) then yeah its prolly gonna break, we don't have a new set of files nor a converter to play with yet.
Probably: "When it's done."
That is the best answer. Eville is doing most of the work by himself, and I'm sure he has a life outside of this. So I say be happy with what you can get. And for those of you who don't check out his page for information. His latest news post there:
THere is slow but steady progress on the SOGE mod, many of the issue I have been having are due to the model exporter and crashes with vessels on the Alliance side.
Ironclad probally said their making a huge awsome patch, but maybee it was a pratical joke... Their probally having a big laugh right now saying "Ha ha ha look at all those people that have no lives!!"
That, sir, is blasphemous!
To remove the missile trail I believe you would have to create a new effect that doest have one. I'm not really sure how that would work to be honest. As for changing the missile speed, no particle forge cannot help you there. You will need to edit the "TravelSpeed" line for the missile weapon in each ships .entity file that you want to change. For example: Weapon WeaponType "Missile" damageEnums AttackType "CAPITALSHIP" DamageAffectType "AFFECTS_SHIELDS_A
Thanks Annatar, that's actually exactly what I was looking for, to make them full priced. Now, does anyone know of a way to change what the Flagship tag actually does for other possible variations?
Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere but I can't seem to find it. Is it possible to change the cost of your initial capital ship away from free, say perhaps to a reduced or even to full price. Thanks in advance to any useful information.
