I had some problems yesterday. I installed it correctly, but got that fleet cap problem. The strange thing is, that I tried fixing it by downloading the mod again and reinstalling, and it worked after 3 installations... I did not do anything different, but it worked. Really strange...

I start with af fleet cap at zero, and it does not increase with research or anything. Pretty annoying...
