So does this all mean that a good graphics card is needed while gaming. It would not really impact the visual experience of stardock products?

Do these high end graphics card make a big impact on your desktop? I mean, does a WB skin, Window FX or all Stardock products look different than what it does with my GeForce 2 card? If yes, then can anyone recommed a budget card that can achieve the experience? Thanks vey much!
