I play the latest version of Twilight of the Arnor. Two pretty basic things about spaceship movement I find somewhat annoying: - When I want to give an order to a spaceship to move to some distant square, only *after* I gave the order it tells me how many weeks it will take. -Why not before? - When I have given an order to a spaceship to move to some distant square and it is on "autopilot", the next turn (initiated by pressing "enter") after I gave the order nothing seems

I own GalCiv Gold + Twilight of the Arnor and try to update all GalCiv versions via Impulse to the latest updates. Unfortunately, it does not work, but in spite of letting it try to download for *hours*, there comes always a "experiencing network difficulties" message. Sure my network works just fine, and I can download a 5 MB file from anywhere else in seconds... With Stardock Central, downloads always worked fluently and without such problems, so why cannot Stardock offer these down

When I choose to archive an application, to where on the hard disk is it actually archived? Can I re-install the game from these archive files without the need of any additional internet downloads? (Extreme case: I get a new computer, want to re-install GalCiv, and Stardock doesn't exist anymore {let's not hope so}, so internet download via the installer doesn't work anymore - can I then re-install the game from these archives?)

I'm pressing the "turn" botton, and see some of the other Civs' spaceships moving, then it crashes before I can move again. So it crashes while the AI takes the turn of their Civs. - I tried setting all of my ships to "guard/sentry" before, but the state of my ships doesn't seem to affect at all here.

Hi, after downloading version 1.8 and 1.8a, and continuing a saved game, the continued game always crashes to the desktop at the same point. Previously I had no crashes at all with GalCiv2 Dark Avatar. Latest NVIDIA graphics drivers. Cannot see exactly what happens at this point (I think an automated construction ship reaches a starbase), but I could send a save and tell how to reproduce?
