I have been skinning for a couple years and am in no way one of the greats, but I have spent many of hours on all the great sites, I would have no problems letting anyone use my stuff (if I currently had any on this site). I agree completely with the idea, I wouldn't buy one, but the idea is great. I have a great connection, and I create almost all of the themes I use.
