Reply to Can't activate or register the game? See here first! in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

I bought a new copy of the game (original GC2) from GAME on the high street, but it doesn't recognise the serial number. I wrote to stardock about this many weeks ago, but I am still waiting for a reply. Anyone have any suggestions?
