Maybe I'm being a dunce (entirely probable), but I can't seem to get this mod to do anything. I've clicked the "enable mods" option in-game and placed the unzipped folder structure into my \my games\galciv3\mods folder, but it doesn't appear to be functioning. Did a recent update disable it? UPDATE: Yep, I'm a dunce, it's working fine now.

Has anyone else noticed problems with heroes or other units disappearing after battle, despite having taken no visible damage during tactical combat? I've lost a couple now (one of them my spouse!) and can't tell if they're actually dying in combat but the damage suffered isn't animated, or if they're just randomly vanishing into the aether.
Having the same problem here, CTD after every turn even after creating new save files (which I had hoped would eliminate corruption in the previous files). I can provide logs if they would be helpful, though I'm not certain how the debug files are generated or where they are stored.
