Icons apperaing small in Icons WinCustomize Forums

HI, Im using icon packager 3.1 in win vista Whenever i enlarge the desktop icons it increases but the picture in it remains same size. I mean to say something like this http://i19.tinypic.com/2ngwsnk.jpg Here u can c that "my computer" image is small even though i increased the size whereas "Recyclebin" is big. How do i increase the size of that pc picture in that my computer to equal the size like that of the recyclebin. Secondly how do i change
