city specialisations in FE Support Elemental Forums

Hi Any ideas on city placements? I'm a bit confused concerning city types (town,fortress,research) and their placements. Are there any strategies concerning this. obviously I try and place a city on a site with good food/production/essence. Do certain locations lend themselves to certain city types. Is there something I'm missing? btw I tend to play on tiny/small maps thanks in advance

When the governer path is selected could a proxy/henchman be created? You can then choose which city the unit is stationed in, and allows the champions abilities to be channeled through it. This allows the champion to keep adventuring, and when he levels the effects are directed through the proxy?

Hi apologies if this has been reported before, but I found it quite amusing. I setup a 1v1 game on a tiny map. Game loaded, and the AI player was killed by monsters before I even had my turn [e digicons]8C[/e]

Creating a settlement in Fallen Enchantress Elemental Forums

Hi I'm constantly trying to create a settlement, but I can't because the tile doesn't have grain. Is there anyway to tell which tiles have grain? I can build an outpost to get around this, but it would be useful to know where I can and can't build. any suggestions? thanks

spells used during tactical battles in War of Magic Elemental Forums

I'd be interested to hear what spells people use? Is it just me or do people use blink, arcane and spell blast. I seem to either blink around the battlefield casting spellblast. Or I get an earth elemental to do the aoe spell. And that seems to be it tactically, not much variation :-( oh and touch of entropy for high hit point units. I'm playing on hard level at the moment. thanks

Stardock Central in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi I've downloaded and installed stardock central. When I try to run the app I get 'failed to initialize XML data, please reinstall. Does anyone know a way to correct this? thanks
