Hope this is corrected asap, because it's been like this more than a month now... It's like 00NukE said, if this continues I'll quit for good... I am sure that Stardock wants it fixed more than you do. They have been very good about keeping the community informed. If you are that unhappy with the FREE service you are getting here . . maybe it's time to move on. But what would be better, would be to keep tr

Hi... Same error, same message, same procedure as always... I'm trying to upload a 37Mb dream, after upload reaches 100%, appears a message saying my work is being processed and then a new page appears with this final message (known to all): Your skin has failed to upload. The skin file you are attempting to upload is not valid. When uploading a new skin, your Skin file must also be submitted. Note: Please give credit where credit is due if you have based

Ok. I remembered there was something about a new upload page so I tried https://www.wincustomize.com/upload2.aspx and that gave me an error message saying the preview was in the wrong format. I had saved it in a png format. Forgot that WC only accepts jpg. The upload worked once I had saved it as jpg. But the current upload page still lacks error message feedback. Well, my dream file was made by their software, and the preview image is JPG

Hi again, I don't think that the problem is the file size, neither the file type. This seems to me, to be some kind of error on their server mixed with perhaps some scripting problem on their code pages... However, it is really a shame this is happening. PS: For the ones that will say this could be a error within my own configuration, well, my answer is, I ALREADY tried on 4 different machines using IE7 on XP, IE6 on XP, IE7 on other Vista installs running with different I

Hi, It's (STILL) happening the same with me... This problem began some time ago, I thought this would be solved by now, but, everything is still the same... I even requested official support, they answered 1 time by mail, but, this is a shame... This site would have everything to gain that their users could upload without problems. They are mainly made by the work their members freely do to them. I am trying to upload a dream file (37Mb size) made by their official softwar

Hi, I'm having upload problems since last wednesday. Tried to use both old link page and new one, and it simply refuses to upload anything. I'm trying to upload a dream scene (30Mb) on an internet connection with 24Mb down and 640Kb up specs. I can't even count the number of times I already tried, and I'm beginning on start quiting. I've spent much more time trying to upload the dream than the time I spent on making it. Another annoying thing, is the fact that I already post
