Can't keep people happy ?? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I have planets with half their slots 4 or 5 extreme arena's, taxes down to 25% i'm bleeding money no military to support and i have 40% and falling happiness ? How do I keep my people happy ? (terran)

Exact same problem. Vista x32 Ultimate Happens randomly some games it happens right away, sometimes i can play for an hour or two before it happens. But once it occurs its done ..
