GalCiv2 ForumsI've had the same problem with the collector's edition where neither serial seems to register. Mine was from a Wal-mart with the sticker seals uncomprimised, so it's not an issue of it happening from a single retailer. I'm not going to bother with the support docket though as I can play version 1 out of the box without the numbers. Just rather annoying to find all this out after downloading the 1.4 update.
