ok im using the serial number on the disk cover this the correct one? it consists of 28 letters and where would the other one be i have the collector's eddition. thanks.

Ok so im not a noob but for some reason i cant activate my fricken updated Galciv2 everytime i click activate after puting in the serial and email it just does some weird thing about firewalls when all my firewalls are currently disabled, and contact by email dosent work. What do i do? I updated so i could get the modds and etc but how can i do that when this wont work?
