I wonder if the trillion other similar things got permission. Little harry critter with big ears is pretty generic these days. ------------------------------- It's not a Furby. It's unmistakably a Gremlin. And Stardock's all about not i

Isn't this a re-release of a theme dating back a couple of years?
Come on, 144,368k for IE? How man windows do you have open? I use Firefox as my default browser, but I still use IE on occasion. Anyway, AveDesk rocks. It's the second best desktop widget app after Samurize.
I didnt see Spybot mentioned in the article. I suggest people use this in conjunction with As-Aware. The good thing about Spybot is that its completely free and often catches things that Ad-Aware doesnt. Get Spypbot at http://www.safer-networking.org/
you aren't supposed to overwrite Winamp 3 as Winamp 5 is the successor to Winamp 2.
Is that the correct file at http://www.objectdock.com/ ?
Sweet! Downloading now...
It's very lame that you can't play your downloaded music in other players! Sure you can burn it to CD and then rip it back to your hard drive just so you can play the song in Winamp 5, but is all the really necessary? It isn't necesarry at all. Here is an interesting article that all iTunes users and all potential iTunes users should read. http://www.downhillbattle.org/itunes/
no, there are none yet.
thanks for the info Simsbro! Now can anybody help me find the Shrek-style icons, specificly the recycling bin?!
hrm...the article may not mention "most" (I don't know I didn't read the article), but the news story on the front page or wincusto says "most" - "CDRs have a relatively short lifespan. It appears that within 2 years of their making, most CDRs become unreadable."
the link does work.
Any "patch," whether it uses the original skin's graphics or not, should not be linked to that skin without the original author's consent, period! I agree with what has already been said - if the author is long gone and you can't contact him, too bad. It's not right to be able to offer "patches" to his/her skin.
how big is the download? I can't find the file size anywhere.
WOOHOO! I can hardly wait.
ShellCity rocks! I visit that site a few times a day.
LMAO. You guys tell ME to lighten up.... I wasn't being serious. Of course there are good reasons to use a cell phone - especially for business. But IMHO there are some people who are addicted to their cell phones.
If you are on your phone often enough to care if it's skinned I honestly feel sorry for you...
If you're talking about the WinXP start menu...I don't know if that's possible Simsbro. But you can hit Cntrl+Esc to call it up.
thanks for the link DixonHill!
I have the same problem as JamesT. Goku Grass and Foreground example cause ObjectDock to freeze. I wish OD would have a "theme" option where you could import and export say a .odx file that had pngs for the bg and the app icons and their commands/settings inside. This way I could change all the icons at one shot to match my desktop instead of changing them all one by one.
Woohoo! Going to download now.
I've tried them all and I agree with the poll. ObjectDock is cleary the best dock IMO, but Y'z dock is a CLOSE second. Keep up the good work on this dock!
I love it. The only problem I have is that it crashes when it takes a picture of Winamp3 when it's minimized. There are two feature requests that I have: 1. Allow ObjectDock to launch .lnk files. I have a link to my dial-up connection on Object dock, but it doesn't launch my dialer. 2. Allow browsing outside of the ObjectDock directory for .pngs.
