Video Freezing in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

The in game videos keep on lagging to a ridiculous degree. It essentially stays the same image the entire time, and if I'm lucky, it might change to a different frame at the last second before the end of the entire video. I know that it isn't my computer, as I have a fairly mid-range system that meets the recommended system requirements. The audio is absolutely fine, and there is no lag with it, but no video throughout the entire game works...Please help! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2

Not Meaning to nag, but will you please hurry up with the fix? I have sent in several reports from smart exception, but to no avail...The game is become annoying to play because I just end up quitting in frustration when the game inevitably crashes and I have to start over. Here are my debug stats, if it will help.
