and whoa... just WHOA. Best superweapon ever. It isn't that complicated, just a big nuke that gets shot at a planet, and it's awesome. The best part though was when I zoomed in on the shell that the gun fires and the damn thing has THEME MUSIC. It's like a sci-fi film as it rockets towards the unsuspecting alien home world with that great music building the tension.

I have a useless slow internet connection at uni, so I was wondering how large the download file was. Also Is there a way to archive the downloaded files from stardock central, port them to another pc via an external hard disk and then have stardock central on that machine unpack them and list them in the game manager window? You can do this with steam iirc but I don't know how to do it with SDC.

Multiple cores is a very good way of enhancing system performance while avoiding all the nasty cooling issues that come from a high clock speed. Heck that's how very powerful industrial computers do it. The nice thing about my Quad is that when I do something intensive I can assign a whole 2.66GhZ core to the task, which is a hella lot of CPU time. The beauty is that I can encode video or fart around with Photoshop while playing CoD4 or something. I don't know how multiple-cores can be considere
